ASOS חתמה חוזה עם חברת הענק, מיקרופסט, אשר מספקת לה שימוש בAI מתקדם לשימוש בחווית קניית אופנה

ASOS חתמה על הסכם לשלוש שנים עם מיקרוסופט והיא כבר מנצלת את תכונות הבינה מלאכותית המשולבות, בפתרונות של מיקרוסופט. שתי החברות עובדות יחד כבר כמה שנים, כאשר Asos עושה שימוש ביכולות ה-AI של מיקרוסופט, בכדי לתמוך בפלטפורמות הדיגיטליות שלה ובקבלת ההחלטות.
על פי ההסכם החדש, ויקטוריה ארדן, מנהלת תפעול הטכנולוגיה של ASOS "תחת ההסכם החדש הזה, אנחנו עוזרים לאנשי ASOS להתנסות בבטחה עם כלי AI גנרטיביים שיכולים להסיר 'עבודה עסוקה' מהיום שלהם, ולשחרר אותם כדי לפתוח יצירתיות ותובנות גדולות יותר ולהתמקד בלשמח את הלקוחות שלנו."
בינתיים, חזאי מגמות הצרכנים WGSN חשפה פלטפורמה חדשה, הפועלת עם בינה מלאכותית המכוונת לרוכשי אופנה. בהתבסס על נתונים, WGSN Fashion Buying תופס מגוון רחב של קטגוריות ביגוד, אביזרים והנעלה.  המטרה היא, ליידע את הקונים ולעזור להם להבין את כיוון המוצר, הטרנדים וכמה עמוקה צריכה להיות הקנייה עבור סגנונות ספציפיים.
התובנה שלה כוללת תכנון מראש ופיתוח וכן ראייה לאחור בעונה כדי לסייע ל"מודיעין החלטות מגמה הוכחה לעתיד ותחזיות ספציפיות לקנייה בדיוק בעת הצורך, מאורגנות לפי מחזור הפיתוח ומותאמות אישית לקטגוריה".
אולף אקרמן, מנכ"ל, תעשיית הקמעונאות ומוצרי הצריכה ב-Microsoft UK אמר: "זה נהדר להרחיב עוד יותר את הקשר שלנו עם Asos, לאחר שנים רבות של שיתוף פעולה. Asos הייתה בן המשתמשים המוקדמים של AI ומשתמשת בה בדרכים חדשניות רבות, כגון כמו מתן חוויות קניות מותאמות אישית באמצעות מעצבי אופנה בינה מלאכותית."
