6.256 מיליון טונות פסולת עירונית ומסחרית מיוצרות בישראל בכל שנה. עובדה זו הפכה את פינוי האשפה והפסולת במדינה למשימה לאומית של ממש. זו החברה שזכתה במכרז ענק לפינוי הפסולת

וואליו קפיטל וואן בע"מ (לשעבר פסגות) מדווחת לבורסה מוקדם יותר היום (חמישי) כי החברה שבבעלותה, ר.ג.א, זכתה במכרז למתן שירותי פינוי ואיסוף אשפה ברשות מקומית בארץ. להערכת החברה המחזור השנתי הצפוי בגין מתן השירותים במכרז עומד על סך של כ-7.6 מיליוני שקלים, זכייה אשר תחזק את מעמדה של ר.ג.א כשחקן מרכזי בענף שירותי הניקיון והתברואה בישראל.
המכרז מהווה חידוש של התקשרות קודמת לביצוע השירותים. לפי תנאי המכרז, תקופת ההתקשרות הינה בת 3 שנים, כאשר לזכות הרשות המקומית אופציה להאריך את ההתקשרות לשתי תקופות נוספות בנות שנה כל אחת.
לפני כשבועיים פרסמה החברה דוחותיה הכספיים לשנת 2024 מהם עולה כי הכנסות החברה הסתכמו בשנת 2024 ב-370 מיליון שקל המגלמים צמיחה של 6.3% בהשוואה לשנה שעברה, הרווח הנקי הסתכם בשנת 2024 ב-13.7 מיליון שקל המגלמים צמיחה של 21.7% בהשוואה לרווח הנקי אשתקד.
דניאל לבנטל, יו"ר החברה, הדגיש כי לאור התוצאות הכספיות החיוביות שהוצגו בדו"ח הכספי, החברה צופה המשך צמיחה בהכנסות וברווחיות גם בשנת 2025. "בשנה הקרובה נמשיך להתמקד בשיפור הרווחיות, בין היתר באמצעות מיצוי סינרגיות עם פעילויות משלימות", ונראה שנכון לעת עתה, החברה עומדת בהבטחותיה.
