חוששים מפיטורים? ירידה חדה במספר ימי המחלה שנוטלים העובדים

סקר חדש ומפתיע של חברת "עוקץ מערכות" קובע כי חלה ירידה דרמטית בכמות ימי המחלה אשר לוקחים העובדים במשק הישראלי. האם הנתונים משקפים חשש ממשי מפיטורים?

חברת "עוקץ מערכות", העוסקת באספקת פתרונות ממוחשבים בתחום כוח האדם קיימה סקר מעניין אודות נטילת ימי מחלה על ידי העובדים במשק הישראלי. מהסקר עולה כי דווקא בחודש פברואר הסגרירי, בו נוטים יותר אנשים להידבק ולהיות חולים, חלה ירידה בשיעור ימי המחלה שנטלו העובדים.
הנתונים, אשר לדברי "עוקץ" מתבססים על ניתוח השוואתי של 6,418 תלושי שכר שהופקו לעובדים בגין עבודתם בחודש פברואר לשנת 2024. בהשוואה לנעשה בתקופה המקבילה, עולה כי הענף בו נרשמה הירידה החדה ביותר, הוא ענף ההייטק.
בחודש פברואר של שנת 2023, עמד שיעור ההיעדרות ממחלה על 2.3 ימים ובחודש פברואר השנה – על  1.5 ימים בלבד, נתון המשקף ירידה בשיעור של 35%. ירידה חדה, בשיעור של 20% נרשמה גם בענף הביו טק, כאשר בפברואר 2023, נטלו העובדים בענף זה 2 ימי מחלה בממוצע ואילו בפברואר 2024, המספר עמד על 1.6.
בענף הפיננסיים, מספר ימי ההיעדרות הממוצע עמד בפברואר 2023 על 2.1  ואילו בשנה הנוכחית על 1.8 בלבד, ירידה של 14%. זאת כאשר בענף הפרסום, שמתמודד גם הוא עם ירידה בהיקף הפעילות, חלה ירידה בשיעור של 16% במספר ימי ההיעדרות והנתון נכון לפברואר 2024 עומד על 1.6.
עוד עולה מהסקר כי בתחום ההסעדה חל קיטון במספר ימי המחלה שנוטלים העובדים, מרמה של 1.4 ימים בפברואר 23 לרמה של 1.3 ימים בשנת 2024. נתון זה משקף ירידה בשיעור של 7%.

המגמה לא פוסחת גם על הנעשה בתעשיית המתכת, מהנתונים עולה כי חלה ירידה בשיעור של 7% במספר ימי המחלה. בתחום המסחר והשירותים הקיטון חד אף יותר, ועומד על 12%.
חיים מולכו, מנכ"ל חברת "עוקץ מערכות", התייחס לנתונים העולים מהסקר ואמר: "שעוני הנוכחות מציירים תמונה מעניינת – מנתונים שאספנו עולה כי חלה ירידה אף במספר העובדים שמאחרים למקום העבודה".
