רשת המרפאות ביקורופא מבית קבוצת IEL של משפחת מנדל מינתה את רו"ח, עו"ד רנית רנד סרוקה למנכ"לית הרשת. רנד סרוקה תחליף בתפקיד את אמנון כהן ז"ל. במסגרת תפקידה, תוביל רנד סרוקה את אסטרטגיית הצמיחה של רשת ביקורופא וקידומה כשחקן משמעותי בתחום הרפואה בישראל.
בתפקידה הקודם רנד סרוקה שימשה כנציגת בעלים, סמנכ"ל כספים ויועצת משפטית חברת IEL. רנד סרוקה שימשה בעברה כמנהלת חברת הבת וראש תחום מיזוגים ורכישות בחברת גמאטרוניק, מנג'רית בכירה ב- KPMG ובמגוון תפקידים נוספים בתחום המשפט.

רנית רנד סרוקה הודתה: "בראש ובראשונה חשוב לי להודות לאמנון כהן ז"ל ששימש מנכ"ל הקבוצה ב-9 השנים האחרונות והוביל אותה בגאון חרף התמודדותו עם מחלת ה-ALS. אני גאה להמשיך את המסורת של משפחת מנדל הציונית, ביקורופא תמשיך להעניק שירות רפואי ומקצועי לאזרחי וחיילי ישראל באהבה, במסירות ובהערכה רבה".
ביקורופא הנה רשת מרפאות בפריסה ארצית המונה 23 סניפים שהוקמה בשנת 1993. בשנת 2004 היא נרכשה על ידי משפחת מנדל ונמצאת בבעלות חברת האחזקות IEL של המשפחה. ברשת מועסקים כ-950 עובדים.
