מימוש אופציות: מונח זה מתייחס לתהליך המרת אופציות פיננסיות למניות רגילות ומכירת מניות אלו
מערכת ice | 
בעת מימוש אופציה, המחזיק משלם את מחיר המימוש שנקבע בתשקיף כדי לרכוש את נכס הבסיס בתמורה למסירת האופציה. 
  1. יחס מימוש: מציין את מספר המניות שמשקיע מקבל ממימוש אופציה בודדת.
  2. סוגי ניירות ערך הניתנים למימוש:​

לדוגמה, יחס מימוש של 1:2 מסמל שמימוש אופציה אחת מניב שתי מניות. יחס זה הוא היבט קריטי של חוזי אופציות, המשקף את המינוף שניתן לבעל האופציה ואת השפעת הדילול הפוטנציאלית על בעלי מניות אחרים.
