אחרי הולנד, איסלנד ודנמרק – ישראל הגיעה למקום הרביעי המכובד בדירוג הפנסיות של מרסר בציון A. המשמעות: מערכת הפנסיה בישראל איכותית ויציבה

ישראל הגיעה למקום הרביעי בדירוג הפנסיות העולמי השנתי של מרסר, המעריך מדי שנה את מערכות הפנסיה ב-48 מדינות. בראש הדירוג נמצאות הולנד, הנחשבת לבעלת מערכת הפנסיה הטובה בעולם, איסלנד ודנמרק. ארבע המדינות קיבלו ציון A, שמשמעותו מערכת פנסיה איכותית ויציבה, המציעה הטבות משמעותיות ורמה גבוהה של מהימנות. הדירוג מייצג 65% מאוכלוסיית העולם.
הדוח מציב את מערכת הפנסיה הישראלית בין המובילות בעולם, עם ניקוד כולל של 80.2. ישראל ממוקמת אחרי דנמרק עם ניקוד של 81.6, איסלנד עם 83.4 והולנד עם 84.8. סינגפור הגיעה למקום החמישי עם ציון של 78.7.
דירוג הפנסיות העולמי 2024
המדד מעריך את מערכות הפנסיה על פי שלוש קטגוריות עיקריות: הלימות, יציבות ומהימנות. ישראל דורגה בציון 75.7 בקטגוריית ההלימות, 82.6 בקטגוריית היציבות ו-84.1 בקטגוריית המהימנות. 

במקביל, הדוח מצביע על אתגרים משמעותיים הניצבים בפני מערכות הפנסיה ברחבי העולם, בעיקר בשל שינויים דמוגרפיים. מדובר בשילוב של אוכלוסייה מזדקנת, ירידה במספר משלמי המיסים, חובות ממשלתיים והתארכות תקופת הפנסיות הממשלתיות. ההשפעות הכלכליות על מערכות הפנסיה, עם עלייה בתוחלת החיים וירידה בשיעורי הילודה, כמו גם שיעורי ריבית נמוכים ועלויות בריאות גבוהות, מוסיפים לחץ על התקציבים הממשלתיים.
