מחשש לתרחיש עלטה ושיבושי תקשורת: אילו עובדים קיבלו טלפון לוויני?

בתאגיד השידור הציבורי החליטו לחלק לחלק מהעובדים טלפון לוויני, למקרה של "עלטה ושיבושי קשר", אשר השווי שלהם מוערך באלפי שקלים. המהלך הזה מתרחש ברקע חשש ממתקפה רחבה על ישראל שתשבית חלק מתחנות הכוח והתקשורת

אחד מהתרחישים האפשריים ממנו חוששים בישראל, הוא מצב של מערכה רב זירתית והסלמה מול חיזבאללה, שעשויה להוביל לפגיעה בתחנות הכוח והתקשורת בישראל ותוביל לחלקים רחבים בארץ. מי שהחליט לקחת את המושכות לידיים ולהתכונן לכך הוא תאגיד השידור הציבורי, שחילק לאנשי המערכת טלפון לוויני למקרה של "עלטה ושיבושי קשר".
כפי שפרסם רן בוקר, המכשירים שחולקו לעובדים יעלו בין 2,000 שקל ל-7,000 שקל לאזרח מן השורה. נזכיר כי בחודש שעבר, נשיא המדינה הרצוג לקח חלק בוועידה בינלאומית לאגרו וולטאי, במהלכה פירט על הדרך בה ישראל תוכל להתמודד עם ההשלכות של מערכה רב זירתית. "אסור לנו לזלזל באויבנו ועלינו להיערך לכל תרחיש, האיום החמור במיוחד הינו תרחיש העלטה", אמר הרצוג.
עוד הוסיף בהמשך: "הפתרון המוצלח ביותר לכך הוא פיתוח ביטחון אנרגטי בחירום. כלומר יכולת להשתמש במקורות אנרגיה חלופיים בראשם אנרגיה סולארית כך שלא נצטרך להיות תלויים לחלוטין בחשמל המסורתי". כמו כן, הדגיש כי תחום האגרו וולטאי הוא אידיאלי מכיוון שהוא נותן מענה מבחינה אנרגטית וכן מבחינה תזונתית. "זו מטרה משותפת לאנושות כולה, ואחת המשימות שהצבתי בפני פורום האקלים שהקמתי בבית הנשיא".
