נשיא לשכת הקבלנים ויו״ר קבוצת מזרחי, רוני מזרחי השתתף הבוקר (שני) בפורום Duns 100 לבכירי ענף הנדל״ן ותקף את הממשלה והמשרדים הממשלתיים במתקפה חסרת תקדים. מזרחי התייחס לחלופה של תמ״א 38, הבירוקרטיה בקבלת היתרי בנייה ושוק העבודה בעולם הנדל״ן.
מזרחי אמר היום בפורום כי: ״כאשר ראו שתכנית תמ״א 38 משתלבת בצורה טובה, החליטו להגביל אותה. מי אותו טיפש שיושב במשרדי האוצר ומחפש את מה שטוב כדי לקלקל. אם נקטין את הבירוקרטיה נוכל להשיג יותר ולהתייעל. היום קבלת היתר בניה הפך למסע אנטישמי".
"היחס היום בין כמות העובדים הזרים לכמות הדירות הוא יחס ישיר והעבודות בתחום האלה החל מעובד זר והרצף הן מבוקשות בצורה בלתי רגילה. היום רצף מרוויח כמו ראש הממשלה ושופט בבית משפט. ככל שיהיו יותר עובדים זרים כך יהיו יותר דירות. ישנו גידול מטורף בתושבים והביקוש רק הולך ועולה".
בין הדוברים בפורום, דניאלה פז ארז, בעלים ומנכ״ל פז כלכלה והנדסה שתקפה את הרשויות המקומיות על משטר הארנונה בתהליכי ההתחדשות העירונית: ״משטר הארנונה במדינת ישראל הוא הצרה הגדולה שלנו. ראשי הערים מתנגדים ומקשים על תהליכי ההתחדשות העירונית לאור העדפתם שיבנו יותר שטחי מסחר עליהם הם מרוויחים יותר מאשר יחידות מגורים. העיר תל אביב היום סופגת המון עסקים ובכך ארנונה מאוד גבוהה אבל הרשויות מסביב קורסות תחת היכולות לתת מענה ממשי לזה״.
