רווחי החברה מתחילים לדבר: בעלי המניות בנאוויטס פטרוליום צפויים לאשר את העלאת שכרו של גדעון תדמור ל-5.5 מיליון שקלים. הבקשה מגיעה בעקבות רווחי החברה במחצית השנה הראשונה

נאוויטס פטרוליום הודיעה כי תכנס בחודש הבא אסיפת בעלי המניות במטרה לאשר לבעל השליטה המרכזי - גדעון תדמור, תגמולים בעלות של 5.5 מיליון שקלים בשנה. הרקע לבקשה של שותפות חיפושי הנפט והגז, היא הזינוק ברווח ובהכנסות של החברה במחצית הראשונה של השנה. כמו כן גם העלאת שכרו של סגן היו"ר יעקב כץ והמשנה למנכ"ל חנן וולף יעמדו לאישור בעלי המניות.
במידה והבקשות יאושרו עלות התגמולים של תדמור תזנק ל־5.5 מיליון שקל, מהם 1.7 מיליון שקל כדמי ניהול ו־3.8 מיליון שקל כתגמול הוני. שכרו של כץ יעמוד על 2.5 מיליון שקלים, מהם 1.7 מיליון שקלים בשכר והשאר כתגמול הוני. בנוסף משכורתו של וולף תסתכם ב־3.2 מיליון שקל, מהם 1.7 מיליון שקל כדמי ניהול והשאר בתגמול הוני. וולף יהיה זכאי למענקים ותוספות שונות.
 
למעשה נאוויטס רשמה במחצית הראשונה של 2022 קפיצה של לא פחות מ-74% בהכנסות ממכירת נפט וגז ל־71 מיליון דולר. הרווח התפעולי של החברה הוכפל ל־40 מיליון דולר בעוד הרווח הנקי הגיע ל־48 מיליון דולר. צמיחה הגדולה פי 4 מאשר במחצית המקבילה ב־2021.
