מנכ"ל ויקטורי במהלך מרגש: זה מה שיקרה בסניפים בישראל

אייל רביד, מנכ"ל ויקטורי, פותח את הסניפים ועבודות חדשות גם עבור הגיל השלישי - מהלך חשוב במיוחד בתקופת המלחמה וקיצוצים במשק: "קדימה, לא להתבייש, יש לנו כבר היום סבים וסבתות בני 60-70, ואנחנו אוהבים אותם"

לרשת ויקטורי, יש 67 סניפים בפריסה ארצית ומתוכם 6 סניפי City (תל אביב-יפו), ולפי תוצאותיה הכספיות לרבעון הרביעי של שנת 2023 המכירות של הרשת הסתכמו כ-624 מיליון שקל, עלייה של כ-7% בהשוואה לכ-583 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל אשתקד.

כעת, לבעלים אייל רביד יש יוזמה מרגשת. בפייסבוק שלו ושל הרשת נכתב על ידו: "הי חברים, ויקטורי מגייסת לעבודה את הדור השלישי, אתם מוזמנים להציע להורים שלכם, לסבים וסבתות שלכם להצטרף למשפחת ויקטורי (בכל סניפי הרשת ברחבי הארץ)".
 

עוד כתב: "אנחנו נשמח לגייס אלינו בכל גיל משרה בת 4-5 שעות, בואו ניתן לגיל השלישי מהות,כולם רוצים להשפיע, אז קדימה, לא להתבייש [‼️] יש לנו כבר היום סבים וסבתות בני 60-70, ואנחנו אוהבים אותם".  
 


על פי הדו"ח, הרווח הנקי של ויקטורי ברבעון הרביעי הסתכם בכ-17.4 מיליון שקל בהשוואה לכ-7.9 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל אשתקד, עלייה של כ-120.3%. הרווח הנקי בשנת 2023 הסתכם בכ-46.5 מיליון שקל בהשוואה לכ-36.9 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד, עלייה של כ- 26%.  בנוסף, מהדו"ח עולה כי תזרים מזומנים מפעילות שוטפת בשנת 2023 הסתכם בסך של כ- 201.5 מיליון שקל. יתרת מזומנים, שווי מזומנים ונכסים פיננסים לזמן קצר הסתכמו בכ-133.7 מיליון שקל.
