סמסונג מפתיעה: ה-Galaxy שיצטרף בקרוב לסדרת ה-S25

סמסונג קיימה לפני קצת יותר משבוע את אירוע Galaxy Unpacked 2025 בסן חוזה, שבו הפתיעה החברה עם הכרזה על דגם רביעי בסדרת Galaxy S25, שייקרא Galaxy S25 Edge, ומכונה גם Galaxy S25 Slim. הדגם החדש צפוי להיות אחד הסמארטפונים הדקים ביותר בשוק, אך מידותיו המדויקות עדיין אינן ידועות במלואן.
על פי הדיווחים, ה-Galaxy S25 Edge צפוי להגיע בעובי של 6.4 מ"מ, מה שיהפוך אותו לדגם ה-S25 הדק ביותר. עם זאת, הוא עדיין עבה יותר מה-Galaxy A8 שהוצג ב-2015, ומחזיק בשיא המכשיר הדק ביותר של סמסונג - רק 5.9 מ"מ.
במהלך האירוע, סמסונג הציגה את הדגם כחלק ממיצג הדגמה, אך ציינה כי העיצוב הסופי עשוי להשתנות לפני ההשקה הרשמית. עם זאת, למרות חוסר הוודאות לגבי המידות הסופיות, נראה שסמסונג שמה דגש משמעותי על עובי המכשיר בעיצוב ה-S25 Edge במטרה לבדל אותו משאר דגמי הסדרה. כעת נותר לראות האם הדגם הסופי יביא שינויים משמעותיים וערך מוסף, או פשוט יהפוך לאופציה קומפקטית יותר למשתמשים המחפשים מכשיר דק במיוחד.
