קשת 12 תעניש את חיים לוינסון? "אמירה שמבזה את הנרצחים"

לדברי נציב תלונות הציבור דוד רגב: "אמירה זו ביזתה לטעמי את זכרם של נרצחי הטבח ב-7 באוקטובר ועל הגורם המשדר היה להוקיע אותה בצורה נחרצת יותר. ביקשתי מנהלת הגורם המשדר להזמין את מר לוינסון ולהבהיר לו בצורה נחרצת כי אין מקום לאמירות מסוג זה"

נציב הרשות השנייה קבע הבוקר (חמישי) על אף שנאמרה במסגרת חופש הביטוי, אמירתו של חיים לוינסון בתכנית הבוקר של קשת 12 הייתה מבזה, משפלה ופוגענית. ולא היה לה כל מקום על המסך.
לדברי הנציב דוד רגב: "אמירה זו ביזתה לטעמי את זכרם של נרצחי הטבח ב-7 באוקטובר ועל הגורם המשדר היה להוקיע אותה בצורה נחרצת יותר. ביקשתי מנהלת הגורם המשדר להזמין את מר לוינסון ולהבהיר לו בצורה נחרצת כי אין מקום לאמירות מסוג זה".

עוד הובהר: "מענה זה מכיל על פי החוק את עמדתו וקביעתו העצמאית של נציב פניות הציבור ואין בהן משום קביעת עמדתה של הרשות השנייה לטלוויזיה ולרדיו או כדי לחייב אותה. אני מצר על אי הנעימות שנגרמה לך ולצופים האחרים מאמירה זו ומודה לך על פנייתך. בתקוה לימים שקטים".
שי גליק מנכ"ל בצלמו מסר: "אני מודה לנציב על דבריו הנחרצים והמדוייקים. דבריו של לוינסון פגעו באופן קשה במיליוני אזרחים ביניהם משפחות נפגעי הטבח , מצביעי הציונות הדתית,  חיילי צה"ל בסדיר ובמילואים ועוד. אנחנו לא ניתן לאף אחד יותר להסית לשסות איש באחיו בתקשורת. הגיע זמן אחדות. מותר להיות שונים אסור להיות שונאים. נמשיך ונוודא שהתקשורת תחבר ולא תפלג תקשר ולא תקרע. תאחד ולא תפריד".
כזכור, לוינסון טען כי שר האוצר בצלאל סמוטריץ' שמח ברצח שאירע ב-7.10: "בלתי נתפס וזעזוע עמוק שעיתונאי הארץ ומגיש בחדשות 12 מסוגל להגיד שיום בו נטבחו ונרצחו בברבריות שאין דומה לה אלפי ישראלים הוא "יום חג" לשר סמוטריץ' או לכל אדם אחר במדינת ישראל. לתת במה לטירוף הזה זה רמיסת כל נורמה במדינת ישראל".

    ערוץ 12 והנהלתו חיים מיד לגלגל את לוינסון מכל מדרגות אולפן 12.אין מקום לשיח מסוג הזה, וגם חופש הדיבור לא יעמוד לו הפעם.איפה הרגישות כלפי משפחות הנרצחים והחטופים,חללי צה"ל וכוחות הביטחון שמסרו נפש ? ???
