שרון גל ממשיך להסתבך: ערוץ 14 במכתב אזהרה לרשת 13

המעבר של שרון גל לרשת 13 ממשיך להסתבך, וכעת שבוע אחרי שהודיע מגיש עכשיו 14 על כוונתו לחזור לרשת 13, בניגוד לחוזה שחתם עמם, נראה שבין הצדדים טרם הושגה הסכמה, ובעכשיו 14 מחריפים צעדים מול רשת 13 ומשגרים מכתב נוסף דרך עורך הדין של החברה.
נזכיר כי שרון גל, שעד לפני שנה הוביל ברשת 13 את רצועת חמש בערב שהיתה מוצלחת במיוחד גם בערוץ עצמו וגם ביחס למתחרים, הגיש בחודשים האחרונים את המהדורה המרכזית בעכשיו 14, צעד שנחשב הישגי מבחינת 14, ואכן הביא איתו גם לא מעט צופים לערוץ.
לפני שבוע נודע כי העיתונאי ומגיש המהדורה המרכזית, שרון גל עוזב את הערוץ בו עבד בשנה האחרונה, וחוזר לזכיינית רשת 13 לסיבוב נוסף. בעכשיו 14 הגיבו תחילה בברכת הדרך, אבל מהר מאוד העניינים הסתבכו ובעכשיו 14 הודיעו על נכונות להיאבק משפטית במהלך, לפי החוזה עליו חתם גל עם תחילת העסקתו. 
כעת העניינים ממשיכים להחריף, וערוץ 14 משגרים היום באמצעות עורך דינה של החברה, מכתב לרשת 13 שמיועד למנכ"ל הערוץ אמיליאנו קלמזוק וכן למנכ"ל רשת אור צלקובניק, ובו דרישה להפסיק בתהליך המשיכה של גל.
לשון המכתב שהגיע לידי ice: "בהתאם להודעתו של מר גל למרשתי כאמור, הנכם גורמים למר גל להפר חוזה מחייב בינו לבין ערוץ 14' ובכך אתם מעוולים כלפי מרשתי. הנכם נדרשים להימנע מכל פעולה שתכליתה או תוצאתה הפרת החוזה בין ערוץ 14 ומר גל. דעו כי מרשתי תעמוד על מיצוי זכויותיה לפי כל דין".
