ישראל קנדה מתרחבת בחו"ל: רוכשת בית מלון ראשון ביוון

עסקי המלונאות של רוזן וטוכמאייר מתרחבים ליוון, וזו הרכישה הראשונה שלהם במדינת הבלקן

ענקית הנדל"ן ישראל קנדה בראשות היזמים ברק רוזן ואסי טוכמאייר מדווחת הבוקר (ראשון) כי היא מתרחבת בעסקי המלונאות שלה ליוון. על פי ההודעה, החברה רוכשת באמצעות החברות הבנות שלה, מלון חדש באתונה, וכן צפויה גם להתקשר בהסכמים נוספים לרכישת בתי מלון נוספים בבירת יוון.

המלונות יפעלו, כולם או חלקם, תחת המותג "Play" של חברת המלונאות. נזכיר כי בשבוע שעבר דיווחנו כי חברת ישראל קנדה רוכשת 2.1 דונם ברחוב עמק הברכה בתל אביב בתמורה ל-111 מיליון שקל. מדובר ברכישה של 54% משטח המגרש ותשלים את הרכישה ל-80% מהשטח כאשר 20% הנותרים מוחזקים על ידי בעלים פרטיים אשר אינם קשורים לחברה.
 
לפי הודעת החברה, על המקרקעין חלה תכנית בנין עיר בתוקף המאשרת זכויות בניה בהיקף כל 20 אלף מ"ר למגורים ותעסוקה. חברת "ישראל קנדה" לא מסתפקת באישור זה ותפנה לתב"ע לצורך הגדלה משמעותית של זכויות הבניה לשימושי מגורים/מלונאות ומשרדים.
מניית "ישראל קנדה" שווה נכון להיום 13.6 שקל המבטא שווי חברה של 5.34 מיליארד שקל. מדובר בירידה של 31% מתחילת השנה. בשנת 2021 החברה הרוויחה 612.9 מיליון שקל על הכנסות של 350.9 מיליון שקל.
