בנוסף במרפאט פיתחו באופן בלעדי עבור הלקוחות שלהם שירות שיחות וידאו עם וטרינר כך שתוכל לקבל מענה ראשוני בלי לצאת מהבית ומנתוני החברה עולה כי מעל ל50% מהבעיות נפתרות באמצעות שיחת הווידאו עם הנציג.
