במטה בנק מזרחי טפחות בלוד התקיים היום אירוע ההתנדבות המסורתי של הבנק בשיתוף ארגון לתת – "אורזים תורמים", שנערך זו השנה ה-11. מאות מעובדי הבנק הגיעו להתנדב באריזת חבילות מזון לחגי פסח ורמדאן. בין המתנדבים: יו"ר הדירקטוריון אבי זלדמן ומנכ"ל הבנק משה לארי, מיטל הרוש, סמנכ״לית ומנהלת חטיבת הון אנושי ומשאבים וערן וינטרוב מנכ"ל ארגון לתת.
מי שגנב את ההצגה היה החייל אלון בוסיס - משתתף בתוכנית "גדולים במדים", שמשלבת צעירים עם מוגבלויות בשירות הצבאי - שהצטרף למאמץ עם הרבה אנרגיה וחיוך, והזכיר לכולם מהי נתינה אמיתית. 
גם בתנובה מתנדבים, כשכחלק מהקשר שלה עם הקהילה, 'יום המעשים הטובים' הופך מדי שנה בתנובה לחודש שלם עם כ-40 פעילויות התנדבותיות ברחבי הארץ, תוך מתן דגש על עשייה, תמיכה, התנדבות וסיוע לקהילות בדגש על הפריפריה החברתית והגיאוגרפית ומיקוד באוכלוסיות מגוונות.
השנה, תנובה מרחיבה את מגוון הפעילויות ההתנדבותיות ותסייע לקהילות שנפגעו כתוצאה מהמלחמה לרבות חקלאים ברחבי הארץ. במהלך החודש צפויים לקחת חלק במגוון הפעילויות כ-550 עובדי תנובה מעשרות אתרי הקבוצה.
